PolyBASKET is a robotic automation cell installed at the entry and exit of the rolling mill to automatically remove production scrap and empty the scrap baskets. Designed for continuous operation in harsh industrial environments, the system detects freshly cut scrap, safely picks it up, and transfers it to dedicated collection bins, eliminating manual handling and improving process efficiency.
Using advanced laser guidance and vacuum gripping technology, PolyBASKET ensures accurate scrap handling while maintaining high safety standards and uninterrupted production flow.
