System description

PolyMARK is a smart robotic marking system designed to provide reliable and fully automated product identification for billets, blooms, and slabs, at both low and high temperatures. Engineered for the demanding conditions of steel plants, the system ensures permanent and accurate marking, supporting complete product traceability throughout the production process.
Depending on customer requirements, PolyMARK can be equipped with 3D machine vision, OCR, and industrial cameras to verify marking quality and product identification. The system supports both single- and multi-nozzle marking technologies, with optional laser marking for specific applications. Every solution is fully customized to fit the customer’s plant layout and production process.
