System description

PolyTAG BLE is a smart robotic cell designed to automate the identification and tagging of hot billets and blooms, ensuring complete product traceability while improving safety and process reliability.
Using an advanced 3D machine vision system, the robot accurately identifies the position of each product and automatically applies a pre-cut tag containing all relevant production and tracking information. The combination of low-cost consumables and pre-cut tags minimizes operating costs, shortens payback time, and delivers outstanding reliability even in the harsh conditions of steel plants.
