Polytec designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned a fully automated robotic cell for the unloading of plastic wire coils from five coilers and their automatic palletizing onto dedicated pallets. The system automates the complete handling process, from coil unloading and pallet management to interlayer positioning, ensuring continuous production, high reliability, and maximum operator safety. Designed for heavy-duty industrial environments, the cell is ready for future expansion with the integration of a sixth coiler, protecting the customer’s investment and providing long-term production flexibility.
